1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 99etd platform available at 99etd.org, including all related services, features, content, games, and betting markets (collectively, the "Platform"). 2. Eligibility

Use of the 99etd Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age. 99etd does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform for any purpose.
  • You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time you use the Platform.
  • You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
  • You have not previously been excluded from or had your account suspended or terminated by 99etd for any reason.
  • You are not using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.

99etd reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if eligibility requirements are not met. Age verification checks may be conducted before any withdrawal is processed.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access betting markets and casino games on the 99etd Platform, you must register a player account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated balance forfeited.

Registration Requirements

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number.
  • You must not impersonate any other person or use false identification when registering your account.
  • You may be required to submit identity verification documents (KYC) before withdrawals can be processed. Accepted documents include a National ID card or passport.
  • 99etd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time, including proof of payment method ownership.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 99etd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 99etd support immediately via the contact details provided in the footer of this page. Prompt reporting allows the support team to take action to protect your account. 99etd staff will never ask you to reveal your full password.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99etd Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 99etd supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh.

Deposit Conditions

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no platform fee charged on deposits.
  • Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
  • 99etd reserves the right to verify the source of funds for any deposit and to refuse or reverse a deposit that cannot be verified.
  • Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming activity on the Platform. Deposits may not be transferred to other users.

Withdrawal Conditions

  • Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) being completed before the first withdrawal is processed. You must submit the required documents to enable withdrawals.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, to prevent money laundering.
  • Winnings subject to active wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until the applicable rollover has been completed.
  • 99etd reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending investigation if fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

99etd does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 99etd's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

99etd may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion and the general bonus conditions set out below.

  • Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Unless a promotion states otherwise, a bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device.
  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms before you opt in.
  • Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
  • 99etd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or technical error.
  • Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 99etd Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. General rules that apply to all betting and gaming activity are set out below.

Sports Betting Rules

  • All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the Platform.
  • In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 99etd will apply the rules applicable to that sport and market as stated in the relevant sport-specific rules.
  • 99etd reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault or pricing error.
  • Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits per event may apply and will be displayed in the relevant betting market interface.

Casino Game Rules

  • Casino games on the 99etd Platform are provided by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.
  • In the event of a disconnection or technical interruption during a casino game session, game results will be determined by the game provider's server records. 99etd will not be liable for losses arising from connectivity issues outside the Platform's control.
  • Malfunction or error in a casino game voids all associated pays and play. If a game result is determined to be the product of a software malfunction, the outcome will be voided and the relevant stake returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99etd Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

  • Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
  • Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers.
  • Using any automated software, bot, script, or exploit to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any software, game, or content forming part of the Platform.
  • Allowing or facilitating another person, including a minor, to access or use your account.

99etd employs fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be reviewed and may be suspended pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and any balance held at the time of closure may be forfeited in full.

8. Responsible Gaming

99etd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes for eligible adults aged 21 and above.   • Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your account.
  • Time-out: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a time-out, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
  • Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and request that you not be permitted to open a new account. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 99etd, except as expressly permitted by these Terms. Unauthorised use of Content may constitute an infringement of copyright and other intellectual property rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99etd shall not be liable to you for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from your use of the Platform.
  • Any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind, including loss arising from decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the Platform.
  • Any loss or damage resulting from interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform, including planned maintenance downtime.
  • Any loss or damage caused by a third-party game provider, payment processor, or telecommunications network that is outside 99etd's direct control.
